The Atlantic Diving Team is a certified USA Diving and AAU Junior, Senior and Master Diving Program. We are open all year round and welcome boys and girls ages 5 and up, all levels and abilities. Our goal is to give our divers an opportunity to learn springboard and platform diving, as well as providing the opportunity to compete and advance in the sport of diving. At ADT, divers are provided with the tools and instruction needed to safely and successfully progress through the sport. We take pride in teaching our athletes discipline, self-confidence, and team work. As divers progress, they will learn more complex dives and build their self-confidence. Teamwork and sportsmanship are important lessons and we strive to instill these values in our divers.
