At Inner Path Martial Arts, we practice classical Japanese Jujutsu. Sometimes misspelled Jiujitsu or Jujitsu, this martial art gives you the tools to control your opponent through joint locks, body manipulation, and throws. Unlike other traditional martial arts, it isn't a MMA-style blend of punches and kicks, and we only practice to improve ourselves through creating focus, mind-body unity, and self-mastery.
