ALLE Fencing Club specializes in saber fencing and welcomes students from beginners discovering the sport for the first time to experienced young athletes preparing for regional and national competitions. Youth beginner classes introduce children ages 6–12 to the fundamentals of fencing, including saber handling, footwork, distance control, fencing etiquette, sportsmanship, coordination, focus, and basic rules. Junior programs are available for ages 12+ and help students progress toward competitive fencing. With experienced coaches and a supportive training environment, students develop both physical and mental skills while learning a sport that challenges them to think quickly, move confidently, and make strategic decisions. Advanced and Elite programs provide additional training for experienced fencers interested in tournaments and high-level competition. The Atlantic Diving Team is a certified USA Diving and AAU Junior, Senior and Master Diving Program. We are open all year round and welcome boys and girls ages 5 and up, all levels and abilities. Our goal is to give our divers an opportunity to learn springboard and platform diving, as well as providing the opportunity to compete and advance in the sport of diving. At ADT, divers are provided with the tools and instruction needed to safely and successfully progress through the sport. We take pride in teaching our athletes discipline, self-confidence, and team work. As divers progress, they will learn more complex dives and build their self-confidence. Teamwork and sportsmanship are important lessons and we strive to instill these values in our divers.
