Ray and Joan Gnat, owners and operators of ACE Gymnastics, have a long history of success in the sport. Ray was a former LSU competitor and All-American athlete, while Joan was a member of the 1972 U.S. Women's Artistic Gymnastics Olympic Team. They have been dedicated to passing on their unique knowledge and experiences to young athletes. At our development basketball skills sessions, we provide kids aged 8-18 with the opportunity to improve their basketball fundamentals and skills. Our 60-minute long sessions are designed to help them hone their ball handling, shooting, and footwork. We also add in live game play to give them a chance to practice in game scenarios. To ensure the best possible experience for our participants, our training staff is composed of experienced coaches, some of whom even have experience at an international level. Kids aged 8-18 can join and benefit from our development basketball skills sessions, regardless of their current skill level. We strive to provide the best possible guidance and training to help them improve their game.

Wekiva Golf Club first opened its doors in 1972 and is now one of the most established courses in Central Florida. It has become popular due to its excellent design, course conditions, and its desirable location within a populated residential community. On September 29th, 2012 Wekiva re-opened their newly constructed greens with Champions Bermuda, a smooth and quick putting grass. This semi-private, 18-hole course is 6,850 yards and a par 72. It features well-bunkered fairways, rolling greens, and strategic placement of over 80 bunkers. Water comes into play on three of the holes, making it a challenging course for all levels of golfers. With its straight-forward layout, beautiful oaks, mature pines, and palms, Wekiva Golf Club makes for a memorable experience.

My name is Laura Bird Miller and I’m a teacher by trade. I have a bachelors in biology and a fine art minor, and have been teaching art at Circle Christian School for the past 15 years. I decided to take a break from teaching and in 2013 I opened my own business, “Coffee and Canvas”. The studio was up and running for three years in Springs Plaza before closing its doors in 2016. After that I continued teaching classes from my home studio and hosting mobile events, bringing the creative experience to people in their own space. I’m passionate about helping others reach their artistic goals and look forward to inspiring others to explore their creativity with coffee in hand!
