Parkour Classes

Our facility offers a variety of parkour classes for all skill levels, adults Starting at 14 (depending on height) & up, children ages 5-13. Our experienced instructors are passionate about helping each student achieve their highest potential, while also having as much fun as possible. Aikido

Aikido utilizes spherical motions in the execution of its techniques. When pushed, pivot and go around, when pulled, enter while circling. This means that one moves in circular motion in response to the opponent and while moving spherically, one maintains his center of gravity to create the stable axis of movement. And at the same time the opponent’s center is disturbed, and when he loses his center, he also loses all power. Then he is subdued swiftly and decisively.

Kids Silks

Kids classes are ages 8-12 yrs and maximum class capacity is 6 students per class - adults must sign a minors waiver prior to class.
