Ray and Joan Gnat, owners and operators of ACE Gymnastics, have a long history of success in the sport. Ray was a former LSU competitor and All-American athlete, while Joan was a member of the 1972 U.S. Women's Artistic Gymnastics Olympic Team. They have been dedicated to passing on their unique knowledge and experiences to young athletes. The pair's commitment to helping kids become physically active and reach their goals in a supportive and encouraging environment has been rewarded by the successes of their athletes. With years of experience and passion for the sport, Ray and Joan are passionate about helping children reach their full potential. At ACE Gymnastics, Ray and Joan have created a warm and nurturing environment to help children thrive. They are dedicated to providing support and guidance to young athletes, and helping them reach their goals. With Instructors guidance, parents assist toddlers in this fun filled class paced with pre-gymnastic activities and basic movements that develop motor skills, strength, and early socialization. Preschoolers have fun in a structured group learning basic gymnastics skills that build self confidence, increase coordination & body awareness through the utilization of gym equipment & stimulating obstacle courses.
