At Therapy Yoga Gymnastics Rocks, therapy sessions are far from traditional. Children get to play, learn, and grow through the use of gymnastics equipment and yoga activities. The gymnastics portion of the session focuses on gross motor movement, coordination, and fitness. Yoga activities promote regulation, body awareness, and centering. With this unique approach, children learn through fun and exciting activities, rather than through laborious work. This results in not only physical benefits, but cognitive and social benefits as well. TYGR certified therapists create individualized sessions for each child to promote growth and independence. Foss Swim School's curriculum is designed to help children of all ages explore the water with confidence and develop their swimming skills in a safe and supportive environment. Our certified teachers provide personalized instruction and guidance, helping children learn to love the water, while developing the skills necessary to be competent and confident swimmers. At Foss Swim School, we understand the importance of teaching students to love the water. Our Swim Path™ curriculum, knowledgeable and certified teachers, and pools designed for learning are the perfect combination for helping our swimmers reach their goal of becoming a well-rounded swimmer. With over 25 years of experience, we have developed a program that is tailored to the individual needs of each student. Our highly-trained teachers provide personalized instruction and help students become confident and competent swimmers. Established in November 2004, New Breed Training Center was founded on the notion of friends coming together to form a supportive training community. Our goal was to create an open and inclusive environment, where everyone is free to share their knowledge and contribute to the growth of the center. Since its inception, New Breed Training Center has been dedicated to providing a safe and positive training environment for all.
