We are proud to have Grand Master Baez, with his 50+ years of experience in martial arts, to help us in this endeavor. His expertise allows us to provide our children with the skills and confidence they need to become strong and capable leaders of tomorrow. We also offer classes for adults to help them with self-defense and fitness. Our school provides a safe environment to practice, reduce stress, and gain strength in body and mind. Our Parks and Recreation Department is dedicated to creating a positive, enriching experience for our community, and we pride ourselves on providing the best services, programs and activities for all to enjoy. From classes and workshops to special events and organized sports leagues, the Parks and Recreation Department strives to provide an extensive array of recreational experiences. Our program at Dancer's Gallery provides a quality dance program with a strong emphasis on technique while still allowing for artistic growth. We offer a diverse curriculum that embraces a variety of dance genres. Our goal is to provide a nurturing environment for our students in which they can thrive as dancers. Each student is encouraged to reach their full potential and to become a well rounded professional dancer. We provide the opportunity for our students to challenge themselves and to discover their own unique style. Jeff has been teaching swim lessons and coaching competitive swimmers for over 30 years. Jeff started swimming at the age of 8 and went on to compete locally, nationally, and internationally. He achieved great success in high school, earning a four-year athletic scholarship to LaSalle University. At LaSalle he earned a Bachelor's degree in Finance while continuing to pursue his passion for swimming. Today, Jeff is the founder and head coach of Just Swim, a successful swim program in South Florida. He has dedicated his life to teaching the importance of swimming and helping children reach their full potential in the pool. Jeff is passionate about helping young swimmers develop their skills, achieve success, and build confidence.

Park Avenue Gymnastics offers a variety of classes for boys and girls of all ages and skill levels. From Mom & Tot classes to competitive team, we have something for everyone. We also provide Pre-School Gymnastics, Girls & Boys Recreational Gymnastics, Tumbling and Seasonal Camps. We at Park Avenue Gymnastics also believe in developing fitness, character and self-esteem in children through the sport of Gymnastics. To make sure this happens, Park Avenue Gymnastics also organizes dynamite birthday parties! Every child at Park Avenue Gymnastics is a champion and with our help, your child will learn to believe it too!

At our Kid's Martial Arts program, we are proud of the program that has been specifically designed by a 4th degree black belt instructor. Our classes are tailored to teach children the values of discipline, respect and confidence, while providing a fun and exciting experience. Our program features self-defense techniques and a variety of cardio-based exercises to get the blood pumping. These activities are designed to help kids stay active and develop healthy habits. With our program, kids will gain the skills and knowledge needed to become a successful martial artist. At our classes, kids will have a great time learning new techniques and developing their skills. They will also learn the importance of discipline and respect while having fun. Our instructors are passionate about teaching and motivating kids to reach their goals. We are proud to offer a program that encourages children to develop their physical and mental capabilities.

At the Academy of Martial Arts, we provide a clean and safe environment for children and adults of all ages to learn martial arts and self-defense. Our fitness kickboxing program helps students reach their goals while improving their physical conditioning. The summer program encourages children to find and develop the necessary tools for success. Our adult mixed martial arts program is designed to help participants reach their fitness goals. Students will have the opportunity to learn a variety of martial arts from experienced instructors, giving them the knowledge and confidence to defend themselves in any situation. At the Academy of Martial Arts, we strive to provide an atmosphere that encourages learning and growth.
