But even when they fall, they laugh, dust themselves off, and get right back into their stance. Through Aikido, these kids are learning more than just martial arts. It's about discipline, harmony, respect, and the art of peace. And, of course, they're also becoming masters of the ancient art of making funny faces while executing an Aikido move.
