In the incredible, ever-bustling state of New York, far beyond the towering skyscrapers of the city, lies a magical world of crystal-clear lakes, meandering rivers, and bountiful wildlife. This is where the boating and canoeing kids of New York embark on their thrilling water expeditions. 

Now, let me introduce you to a unique character, Captain Moozle McBuffle, a friendly, peculiar otter with a wide-brimmed straw hat, who wears a telescope around his neck. Captain Moozle, with his legendary tales of water adventures and silly puns, is the self-proclaimed guide of these daring kids. 

One by one, the kids gather on the shimmering lake under the watchful eyes of the Captain. There's Tommy 'Two-Paddles', famous for his spectacular spinning technique, Suzie 'Splash-Zone' known for her splashing enthusiasm, and those hilarious, inseparable twins, Benny and Kenny 'The Wobbly Water Weavers', who always seem to make their canoe dance on the waves. 

But wait, it isn't all just splashes and giggles! These kids have to face the unpredictable moods of the New York waters. They brave the Monday Murmurs, when the waters are as quiet as a librarian, and the Wednesday Wobbles, when the waves party like they're at a rock concert. And let's not forget the most challenging of them all - the Friday Fizzles, when the lake becomes as bubbly as a soda pop! 

Captain Moozle McBuffle always says, "Paddle with moxie, my dear younglings! The waves of New York are tough, but they've got nothing on you!" With a hearty laugh, the Captain and the kids prepare for another day of laughter, learning, and unsurpassed adventure in the enchanting waterways of New York. The Rotary Clubs of District 7255 have long been dedicated to helping those with special needs. Through their tireless efforts, they established Camp Pa-Qua-Tuck, a 37-acre site on the shores of Kaler's Pond in Center Moriches, which has been providing a safe and fun environment for individuals with disabilities for more than 70 years. Campers are given the opportunity to participate in activities such as boating, arts and crafts, music, adaptive sports, swimming, campfires and more. 

Camp Pa-Qua-Tuck is a testament to the dedication of the Rotary Clubs of District 7255 and the Pa-Qua-Tuck Squaws who have worked tirelessly to make this camp possible. Their generosity and support have enabled thousands of campers to experience the joys of summer in a safe and supportive environment. Skye Farm is one of five camp and retreat centers in the Upper New York Annual Conference of The United Methodist Church. Under the leadership of staff and dedicated volunteers, the camp is supervised by the Executive Director of Camp & Retreat Ministries, and overseen by the Committee on Camp & Retreat Ministries. The mission of Skye Farm is to live the gospel of Jesus Christ and be God’s love with our neighbors in all places. At Skye Farm, we believe in three core truths: that there is a God, that God loves us, and that God desires a relationship with us. All of our activities and programming are designed to reinforce this.

Camp Hilltop has been a part of the Hancock, New York community since 1924. This beautiful camp is situated on 600 acres of woodlands and fields, with a private lake, in the picturesque Catskill Mountains, just two and a half hours from New York City. This summer camp offers a variety of activities, including water skiing, wakeboarding, trapeze, hiking, horses, climbing tower, high ropes, and many sports, performing arts and arts and crafts. We strive to provide a safe, nurturing and non-competitive environment, with a four to one camper to counselor ratio, overseen by a mature, skilled and caring staff. 

Camp Hilltop is more than just a summer camp; it’s a place where children and young adults can find a friendly and fun community and explore the wondrous possibilities in their lives. Friends of Camp Little Notch have created a breathtaking paradise for campers to enjoy. With 443 acres of pristine Adirondack wilderness and a private 80-acre lake, the property is ideal for a summer camp experience. But Camp Little Notch is more than a summer camp - it offers a range of programming including CLN-sponsored retreats, family programs, and private rentals for individuals, families, weddings, and businesses. These programs aim to connect people with nature while building self-confidence, forming strong relationships, and fostering an appreciation of the natural world.

The hard work and dedication of Mel Northrop, Colin Caldwell, and Stephen Smith to start a summer Bible camp for children paid off in July 1952 when the first Camp Li-Lo-Li opened at Allegany State Park. Despite the fact that these three men had never run a camp before, their passion for the ministry inspired them to learn the ins and outs of running a camp and they succeeded in their mission. The camp was named by 11-year-old Betty Carol Northrop in a naming competition and stands for Life-Love-Light, all attributes of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
