These children could spin faster than the whirlwind, leap higher than the Hudson River's waves, and move with more grace than the swans of Central Park. Twisty Tippy-Toes loved this state, for every day was a new dance adventure. He would tip-toe around NY, joining dance-offs at Brooklyn's block parties, or pirouetting with ballerinas in Manhattan. The children looked forward to Twisty's unpredictable visits, their eyes sparkling with excitement, for they knew that where Twisty was, laughter, fun, and fantastic dance moves followed. And so, in the land of towering skyscrapers and twinkling stars, Twisty Tippy-Toes and the talented NY kids danced their days away, sharing stories, laughter, and a whole lot of funky moves, making the Empire State the happiest, most dance-loving place to be!

Camp Hilltop has been a part of the Hancock, New York community since 1924. This beautiful camp is situated on 600 acres of woodlands and fields, with a private lake, in the picturesque Catskill Mountains, just two and a half hours from New York City. This summer camp offers a variety of activities, including water skiing, wakeboarding, trapeze, hiking, horses, climbing tower, high ropes, and many sports, performing arts and arts and crafts. We strive to provide a safe, nurturing and non-competitive environment, with a four to one camper to counselor ratio, overseen by a mature, skilled and caring staff.
