The kickboxing classes are awesome! The lessons are never monotonous and Mr. B is the BEST! He really encourages us to continue running, moving, and striking. I'm so happy I joined FastKix, and I wholeheartedly endorse it to anyone looking for a fantastic exercise!

You will feel right at home in this welcoming environment, whether you are looking to learn martial arts or get in excellent condition with kickboxing lessons. Everyone is rooting for you and helping each other out. My wife and I both participated in kickboxing classes, and my kid has been training TKD here for years.
