About Fastkix Taekwondo & Kickboxing

We offer taekwondo training for ages 5 and up, Mini Masters skills program for ages 3 and 4 and Fitness Kickboxing for ages 18 and up. No matter what your fitness level or rank, you'll be surrounded by supportive instructors and fellow members to keep you motivated toward your goals.

MINI MASTERS
For 3 & 4 year olds to master basic skills like running, punching, kicking! High energy, half hour classes designed to get kids moving and improve motor and learning skills.

CHILDRENS TAEKWONDO
Traditional Taekwondo training for ages 5 to 11. Students learn forms (patterns), kicks, self-defense & sparring during classes designed to give a great workout and improve focus and respect.
