At age 26, I decided to take a leap of faith and move to Los Angeles to pursue my dream of becoming a professional pianist. My hard work paid off and I have now been performing professionally for the past two years. From an early age, nine-year-old [Name] had a passion for the piano. Instead of going out to recess, [Name] could be found in the music room practicing and bonding with the music teacher. It was then that [Name] decided to pursue a career as a professional pianist by the time [Name] was eleven. High school provided [Name] with a multitude of opportunities to express [Name's] musical talent. [Name] accompanied three choirs, taught [Name]self to play the saxophone, sang, and played at churches. [Name] also joined the New Hampshire Youth Wind Symphony and accompanied musicals. At the University of New Hampshire, [Name] immersed [Name]self in every music class offered, furthering [Name's] skills and knowledge.
