The Rhode Island Storm is a non-profit youth sports organization that is committed to providing a high-quality, instruction-based program for girls ages 4-18. Through their program they strive to foster the physical and mental development of young athletes while teaching and promoting good sportsmanship and fun. Players can expect to learn the fundamentals of softball while also growing in the area of team competition. The Smithfield Girls’ Softball League (SGSL) is the perfect opportunity for girls of all skill levels to get involved in organized softball. The League provides girls with a safe and encouraging environment to learn and develop their softball skills. The SGSL is committed to the growth and improvement of the League and their goal is to ensure that all eligible girls have the chance to play. The Rhode Island Storm is committed to providing the best youth sports experience for girls in the area. Through their program they provide instruction-based learning and promote team competition, sportsmanship, and fun. The Smithfield Girls’ Softball League is the perfect place for aspiring softball players to develop their skills and have a safe and enjoyable experience.
