Freddy could flip, twirl, and somersault like no other, often adding a silly face or goofy sound effect to make his friends giggle. The kids of Michigan loved the thrill of gymnastics. They loved the exhilaration that rushed through their veins as they executed a perfect flip, the thrill of defying gravity, and the strength they discovered in themselves. Even when the Michigan winters spread a blanket of frost over the Great Lakes, the Mighty Mitten Gymnastics Gang kept the spirit of adventure and fun alive in the warm gym, cartwheeling and laughing, led by the hilarious Flip Flop Freddy.
