Our team is USA Gymnastics safety certified, and all staff members are First Aid and CPR certified. Our senior staff have extensive gymnastics accreditation and coaching experience, and our junior staff are trained to the highest standard under the guidance of the senior team. We offer a unique fitness-based Nursery School, Pre-K and After School Program, as well as classes in tumbling and gymnastics. We also provide day camps during school vacations and summer day camps. For those who are looking to take their physical pursuits to the next level, we have a competitive girls gymnastics team program at our Saco location, which holds competitions under the Junior Olympic program of USA Gymnastics.
