Living alongside them was a tall, quirky character named Bubba the Bubbly Bluegill. Bubba, with his bright blue scales, was a retired Olympic champ, who, despite his fishy physique, had a heart as big as a whale and a sense of humor that was even bigger. He taught the Giggling Guppies the art of swimming with a twist of fun, turning backstrokes into belly laughs and freestyles into fits of giggles.
