And don’t forget about the mischievous twins, Billy and Bobby, with their never-ending bag of pranks. They once convinced everyone that they'd found Bigfoot's footprint, but it was just a large coconut! These young explorers, with their ever muddy boots and sun-tinged cheeks, know every nook and cranny of their beloved Florida. They chase butterflies through citrus groves, climb the tallest trees in mangrove forests, and even play hide and seek with the friendly dolphins near the coast. For over 50 years, Frontier Camp has been dedicated to making disciples of Jesus by sharing God’s Word amidst the beauty of His creation. Since our founding in 1969, we’ve been licensed by the Texas Department of State Health Services and are proudly accredited by the American Camping Association. We’re also a member of the Christian Camping and Conference Association. Our mission is to use Christian camping and outdoor recreation as a means to support local churches in fulfilling the Great Commission—evangelizing people of all ages and discipling believers toward deeper maturity in Christ. Frontier Camp offers a dual ministry: during the summer, we host a 10-week youth camp, and throughout the rest of the year, we serve as a retreat facility for churches and like-minded religious organizations. Whether through summer camps or retreats, our goal remains the same: to expose people to Christ and encourage their spiritual growth through His Word and by reflecting His character in everything we do. With a summer program that mixes archery, arts and crafts, science experiments, robots, and more, your camper will be sure to have an exciting summer of learning and fun. Our 6-week, STEM-based program will also give your child the opportunity to make new friends and explore the wonders of nature. Water days, weekly themed activities, and a host of other activities are sure to keep your camper entertained and engaged. Camp Cornerstone is open to children ages 6 - 12 from 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m., with drop-off beginning at 8:30 a.m. and pickup ending at 4:30 p.m. Additionally, Camp Cornerstone also utilizes the Tribes Program to build team relationships and resolve conflicts. This summer, give your child the opportunity to explore, learn, and play with Camp Cornerstone! With a summer program that offers a mix of exciting activities and nature exploration, your camper is sure to benefit from this innovative and engaging experience.
