Now, leading this phenomenal pack of pedal-pushers is none other than the cool and courageous Captain Delaware, a kid so cool that even the ice creams refuse to melt around him! With his wacky polka-dotted helmet and a grin wider than the Delaware Bay, Captain Delaware leads his crew of Daredevils across the state, leaving a trail of giggles and guffaws in their wake. Oh, the hilarious high jinks they get up to! There was that time in Dover when Captain Delaware’s cape got tangled in his bike chain, causing him to ride in circles whilst the Daredevils chuckled heartily. Another time, along the Rehoboth Beach boardwalk, a seagull swiped Captain Delaware’s cap thinking it was a flying fish, and oh, how the Daredevils roared with laughter! So, you see, in the delightful state of Delaware, biking isn't just a hobby, it's a hilariously heartwarming adventure, a testament to the joyous spirit of childhood, and above all, a truly 'wheelie' fun time!

Rollins Child Development Center is specially designed for children who struggle with speech and language delays. We provide an environment rich in language learning opportunities, where these children can interact and learn alongside their typically developing peers. This interaction paves the way for all children to acquire the crucial skills needed to excel in kindergarten and elementary school, thus setting them up for future academic success. Through our Youth Development Program, we strive to foster safe and nurturing environments that encourage children, young adults, families, and communities to establish lasting relationships. These relationships, in turn, create opportunities and provide resources that boost the confidence of individuals, helping them develop their natural skills and talents. Lastly, our social enterprise initiative, Greater Good Events, serves a dual purpose by allowing CBH to connect with families and communities during significant events, whilst simultaneously generating much-needed financial support for our child-centric programs.
