He was so impressed by their discipline, strength, and agility, he just had to join in. Every day, the Nutmeg Kids, led by the enthusiastic Captain Kickaroo, practice their Muay Thai moves with zest. They punch with the precision of a woodpecker hammering a tree, kick with the speed of a hummingbird's wings, and block with the strength of a sturdy oak. You might think it's all quite serious, but Captain Kickaroo and the Nutmeg Kids know how to make it fun. Maybe it's the way Captain Kickaroo's pouch jiggles when he throws a punch, or how he sometimes confuses his tail with his leg when he kicks. Perhaps it's the laughter that echoes through the training hall when one of the Nutmeg Kids masterfully dodges Captain Kickaroo's mock attacks.
