They braved the chilly winds and the frosty snowflakes, replacing their usual flip-flops with ski boots and their beach balls with ski poles. They zoomed down the white-blanketed mountains, the chilly wind slapped their cheeks turning them rosy-red, and they loved it! So while most of their friends were busy catching waves, these zany kids were catching snowflakes on their tongues. Because they knew the secret - California was not just a summer paradise but also a winter wonderland. And that made Californian kids the coolest of all, whether they were surfing on waves or skiing down the snowy slopes!
