Einstein's Workshop is a hands-on community center where kids create, explore, and enjoy Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Math. During the summer, we offer STEAM camps for kids entering Kindergarten through 9th grade. Camp topics include Minecraft, LEGO robotics, 3D printing, Dungeons&Dragons, science, math, chess, programming, game learning, digital art, making, inventing, and engineering. During the school year we offer classes on the same topics and coach FIRST LEGO League teams. We host birthday parties for lovers of Minecraft, LEGO, and hands-on fun! We also offer drop-in hours for spontaneous play in our STEAM Play Space.

The Channel Islands Boating Center (CIBC) opened its doors in April 2013 to provide Ventura County’s youth and adults with educational and recreational boating opportunities. In addition to teaching boating skills and safety techniques, the CIBC also serves as a resource to help families gain an understanding of the local marine environment. When you visit the CIBC, you will find the lobby filled with interactive and passive exhibits about the Channel Islands Marine environment and natural history. These exhibits provide a great opportunity for families to learn about current preservation efforts and the impact we have on the environment. The CIBC welcomes individuals and groups to come and visit the center.
