These snowy, sprightly young folks, fondly named the Chilly Arrows, are the brave bowmen and women of the icy lands. They launch arrows through frosty winds, their stripy woolen hats and colorful snow-suits shimmering under the Aurora Borealis. Their leader, Wacky Whiskers, a playful white arctic fox, stands tall wearing a monocle and a top hat, his bushy tail swishing in delight. Wacky Whiskers, despite his batting eyelashes and a constant giggle, has a hawk-eye, sharper than the pointy icicles hanging from the roofs. He sets the targets, always landing one on a funny snowman's carrot nose or sometimes on a grumpy walrus's big, bulky tusks, making everyone laugh.
