About Camp Fairwood

Parents Magazine is proud to present Camp Fairwood, a 230 acre haven of pristine Wisconsin wilderness. For over fifty years, this Christian camp has been providing a refuge from the storms of life. God has blessed this camp with a mission of providing campers with an excellent Christian camping experience, in which they can come to know Jesus as Savior and grow closer to Him. Camp Fairwood offers a variety of activities that are designed to be both Christ-centered and action-packed. Campers can enjoy meaningful moments in a peaceful and pleasant setting. Throughout the year, Camp Fairwood hosts seven weeks of summer camp for youth and families and about 38 retreats. The camp is staffed by two full-time employees, two part-time employees, and about 40-45 seasonal staff during the summer. Parents can rest assured that their children will be cared for in a safe and nurturing environment.

YOUTH CAMP

As youth progress through the different stages of their lives, Camp Fairwood offers them an opportunity to learn priceless principles necessary to overcome the obstacles life may bring, all while having an immense amount of fun! Here, youth are able to enjoy exciting challenges, eat delicious food, create lasting friendships, and hear God’s Word taught from experienced Bible teachers. Camp Fairwood offers four different summer youth camps with sensational programs tailored for each individual age group. During these weeks, campers can participate in a variety of activities including archery, crafts, Ga-Ga ball, giant swing, horseback riding, paintball, swimming, and so much more!

FAMILY CAMP

Amid the frenzy life often brings, Camp Fairwood offers a unique sanctuary away from a hectic schedule. Since 1966, Camp Fairwood has been committed to providing an excellent, Christian camping experience that will enrich lives forever. Families can escape to the beautiful 230 acre forest land and find an affordable and meaningful vacation for the whole family. Here, families will encounter compassionate and fun-loving staff, home style meals, encouraging Bible lessons for all ages, and the freedom to be as active or relaxed as one would want.
