At Capital Gymnastics, we are dedicated to helping kids find success in an environment of encouragement, confidence building, and positive reinforcement. Our goal is to foster a love of physical activity and teach children how to reach their goals through dedication and hard work. At Capital Gymnastics in Verona, WI, children of all ages, abilities and skill levels can learn and develop their gymnastics skills. Our classes range from 15 months to 18 years old, and we also provide private lessons, a competitive team program, preschool playtime, Capital Adventure night, birthday parties and tumbling clinics. We are committed to creating a supportive atmosphere where each child is encouraged to reach their full potential. Our experienced and dedicated coaches offer positive reinforcement and guidance as children learn the fundamentals of gymnastics. At Capital Gymnastics, it’s our goal to foster a love of physical activity and instill the importance of dedication and hard work. We believe our programs are designed to help children build confidence, self-esteem and achieve their goals.

Tiny Stars

Tiny Stars, 45 minutes of structured gymnastics activities suited for curious, active, excited and energetic young kiddos ages 18 months to 3 years. We introduce jumping, rolling, swinging, climbing, balance and basic gymnastics skills in the Tiny Stars class. One parent must attend and participate in this class with his or her child. Parents will be moving around, assisting and helping his or her child follow the directed activities throughout the class. This parent and tot gymnastics class will introduce gymnastics to your child in a safe, colorful, fun and encouraging environment.

Super Stars

Our preschool programs introduce gymnastics in a safe, positive, colorful and fun environment. We teach basic gymnastics skills including rolls, cartwheels, and handstands in the Super Stars classes. We introduce gymnastics skills on bars, balance beam, vault, trampoline, and tumbl trak. The classes are skill focus based, and we also include games and obstacle courses. Equipment is modified for the safety and size of little ones so they can learn skills and develop their confidence as they grow
