KIDS SKILLZ MARTIAL ARTS (AGES 3 – 9)

Kids learn how to pay attention to verbal commands when they are given, and to avoid tuning out when something seems complicated. By learning how to focus and ignore distractions, kids learn how to follow verbal instructions – and to remember them without needing reminders.

SKILLZ 5 – 6 YEARS OLD

Basic SKILLZ teaches kids to control their bodies and behavior in a fun, social environment that encourages cooperation and respect. They learn about teamwork, discipline, memory, and balance while practicing coordination and learning key martial arts moves.

EXTREME + FAMILY SKILLZ (AGES 10+)

When you have a busy life that includes children, it can be hard to make time in your schedule for working out. Yet, as a parent, you know that the example you set is something that will influence your children throughout their lives. Extreme + Family SKILLZ classes offer you the opportunity to kill two birds with stone. By attending classes with your teen, you’ll be showing them that you value fitness and exercise. At the same time, you’ll be giving your teen a chance to let loose and have some fun. They won’t even be thinking about the fact that they’re exercising – and before you know it, exercise will be a habit for them and you.
