About Flip City Gymnastics

Flip City Gymnastics offers an array of youth gymnastics classes and activities designed to help children develop confidence, a strong work ethic, physical fitness, and sportsmanship. Our classes focus on providing a challenging and rewarding environment that is fun, encouraging, and character-building. We are proud to be a member club of the Amateur Athletic Union and the National Gymnastics Association and to offer our gymnasts the opportunity to compete in AAU and NGA-sanctioned meets. Parents can rest assured that we will not affiliate ourselves or their children with USA Gymnastics.

Preschool & kindergym
Classes for ages 2-3 (Preschool) and ages 4-5 (Kindergym) develop strength and coordination through practicing the basic elements of gymnastics such as jumping, rolling, balancing, cartwheeling, and more.

TUMBLING
Classes for ages 6+ teach beginner and intermediate tumbling skills including jumps, rolls, cartwheels, handstands, walkovers, handsprings, saltos, and aerials. Tumbling-specific classes are held during Summer. Other classes include tumbling as well as bars, beam, and vault.

Level 1
Classes teach basic skills for girls' and boys' gymnastics. Open to all genders. Ages 6+.
