In the whimsical and snowy realm of Wisconsin, where cheese is a delicacy and the Packers football team reigns supreme, a group of cool kids known as the 'Icy Gliders' glide across frozen lakes with the grace of swans and the speed of cheetahs. They're not just kids; they're ice skating warriors, braving the bitter chill of winter with smiles on their faces and twinkles in their eyes. The leader of the Icy Gliders is none other than Frosty Foot, a twelve-year-old with fiery red hair, a freckled face, and the warmest mittens you've ever seen. He's the fastest skater in all of Wisconsin, and rumor has it that he was born with ice skates on his feet! Every day after school, Frosty Foot and the Icy Gliders would zip, zoom and twirl across the vast icy wonderlands, their laughter echoing through the frosty air. They would compete in the most epic ice skating races, their breath puffing out in front of them like dragon smoke as they whooshed down the icy lanes, leaving trails of glittering snow dust behind them. The people of Wisconsin would often stop and watch in awe as Frosty Foot performed his signature move: the Double Loop-the-Loop with a Twist, a move so tricky and fantastic that it would make a pretzel jealous! So, if you ever find yourself in the land of cheese and football, Wisconsin, keep an eye out for the Icy Gliders. And who knows? With a little practice and a whole lot of laughter, you might just find yourself twirling across the ice with them!

The Wisconsin Capitols AAU Developmental Hockey Program offers young skaters the opportunity to hone their skating and stick-handling skills in a full-ice practice with just their team on the ice. Our coaches are dedicated to helping players develop their hockey sense, allowing them to move with the puck to open their teammates, move without the puck to places where they can get the puck back and pass the puck when the opportunity presents itself. We want to help players develop their all-around game both as hockey players and as people, and our program provides a great platform to do so. Players can choose to play both their association team and our AAU team, or opt for our program as their only option. Kennedy has chosen to go this route, and it has been a great fit for her and her family. We understand how important it is to have a safe and supportive environment for young hockey players to develop their skills and we are here to provide that for them. Our program is focused on development and our coaches are passionate about helping players reach their full potential.
