KASA 5U/6U Fall Program
The program will run for 6 weeks on Monday evenings beginning after Labor Day in to October. 5U and 6U boys and girls are combined in to one group for the fall session. Players start arriving at 4:50 PM, will pick out a #3 soccer ball and start kicking it around with the assistance of their parent. At 5:00 the organized activities begin, led by a coach/trainer. Parents will be encouraged to stay engaged with their child to see that the skill is being performed correctly for the player’s level of understanding. Kid type games are played using the skill that has just been introduced. These activities continue until 5:40 PM, at this time the parents will divide their team colors into groups of 3 or 4 players. Parents will be around the fields where games are played and will allow the players to play with limited interference.

Recreational (8U-19U)
Recreational Teams are formed from players age 7 through age 19. It is a developmental program that provides healthy activities emphasizing enjoyment and development over competition. “Rec” soccer allows children to have fun, make mistakes and learn. It’s for players who’s primary interest is fun, fitness, and friendships. Coaches are encouraged and should strive to give every player substantial playing time. The game is the best teacher.
