Girls Beginner
(Recommended for Ages 6 - 13) This 60 minute class is for girls with little to no gymnastics or athletics abilities. Perfect for anyone just starting out or wanting to try gymnastics.

Bitty Bugs
Recommended for Ages 3 months - 1.5 years This 30 minute class takes the parent/adult and child through all of the gymnastics events in a controlled environment with the help of a coach. This is a parent-child class that introduces physical fitness, locomotor skills, social interaction and fundamental gymnastics.

Bitty Bugs II
Recommended for Ages 1.5 years - 3 years This 45 minute class for kids a bit more independent, but not quite prepared to venture completely on their own in a full preschool class. The class gives the participant more independence with the comforts of a parent/adult close by.
