At our dojo, we impart knowledge in American Freestyle Karate, placing a special emphasis on adaptable fighting styles and traditional kata (forms). Our teaching approach is designed to ensure that each student gets the most out of their training. We focus not just on the physical aspects of karate, but also on the mental and spiritual growth it can foster in individuals. In each of our classes, we emphasize the importance of participation, respect for others, self-discipline, confidence, and resilience.
