About Choice Gymnastics

That’s why Deb and Cliff Wilson, founders of Choice Gymnastics, are so passionate about the sport. Deb and Cliff Wilson, co-owners of Choice Gymnastics, have been working to make a positive impact on the lives of children since 2004. Their mission is to provide children with an environment that encourages physical activity and teaches them life skills that will stay with them long after their time at Choice Gymnastics. As experienced athletes themselves, Deb and Cliff understand the importance of sports and how it can shape a person’s life. With their help, Choice Gymnastics is making a difference in the Lowcountry by focusing on both fitness and family.

TUMBLIN TOTS Ages Walking to 3

This half hour class is for a parent and child to participate in together! Moms and dads enjoy all the fun in the gym while helping their little ones navigate obstacle courses, jump on the Tumbl Trak, climb, swing and make friends.

JUMPERS – INTERMEDIATE Ages 3 - 4

This intermediate class focuses on front and back walkovers as well as round offs on floor; handstands, turns and dismounts on beam; increasing their strength, glide swings, back hip circles and pullovers on bars; and vaulting onto or over mats. With an 6:1 student ratio, gymnasts receive plenty of individual coaching and turns while also spending time on drill stations.

LEAPERS – INTERMEDIATE Ages 5 - 6
