About Palmetto Gymnastics Academy

At Palmetto Gymnastics Academy, we know how important it is to foster a safe and enjoyable atmosphere for learning. That’s why we strive to provide the best in gymnastics instruction and equipment, and our coaches are highly trained and experienced. We also focus on developing the body and mind of each student who walks in the door and providing these services at a low cost. Whether your child is just starting out or looking to take their gymnastics skills to the next level, Palmetto Gymnastics Academy has something for every level. We offer a wide variety of classes for both recreational and competitive gymnasts, ranging from 45 minutes to 90 minutes in length and up to 25 hours per week for competition team. Our 1:8 coach/student ratio ensures that each student gets personalized instruction and attention. We are dedicated to developing a better gymnastics environment for the greater Golden Strip and surrounding areas, so come join us and let us help take your child’s gymnastics skills to the next level!

Girls Developmental
Traditional gymnastics class that focuses on the women's events (floor, vault, beam, and bar). - hour long, once a week - learn flexibility, balance, tumbling, and gymnastics skills - classes for ages 5+
