Cheer Tumbling Program

These classes teach developmental skills on the spring floor, tumble trak, trampoline and into the foam pit with emphasis on tumbling. As with artistic gymnastics, tumbling is a progressive sport. Tumbling is performed on a variety of different mats and begins with a simple roll, progressing to flips and twists in the air. There are prerequisites for all intermediate and advanced tumbling classes.

Preschool Gymnastics

Skip, Jump & Roll on over and try out our "Out of this World" preschool program! We have launched a brand new program with an additional upstairs training facility, and a new outer-space theme that is sure to send your child into orbit! Movement and learning go hand in hand with gymnastics and early childhood development. Here at NLGA, your child will learn to jump, roll, climb, bounce, balance and hop, but most of all they will be developing new motor skills. Also, it will help your child with hand-eye-coordination, discipline, learning how to follow directions and building strength. Our goal is to provide a safe, fun, and nurturing environment where little ones can develop positive feelings about themselves. The benefits of gymnastics are so far beyond forward rolls and cartwheels. Preschool gymnastics helps your child be more confident and happier in their journey as they grow. We want each of them to feel comfortable with their body and what they can do with it. We want to help them be successful now and in the future.

Boys Gymnastics

This class is designed for boys to learn gymnastics skills and elements that increase their balance, coordination and strength. They will learn to walk on their hands, use their upper body, also develop flexibility and much more! They will use the rings, bars, vault, floor, track & much more to help build their skills for gymnastics! Boys gymnastics classes are offered at the beginner level to the advanced level.
