About Fame Performing Arts, Inc.

FAME Performing Arts, founded by Jen & Ed Blanton, has become a go-to spot for Theatre Arts in Charleston. The Blanton's mission is to provide guidance to each student to find their confidence, become aware of their strengths, and feel secure in their own skin. To celebrate each child's growth, FAME invites families to attend their live events twice a year. At FAME Performing Arts, the Blantons want to help children reach their potential. They strive to give each student the tools they need to uncover their inner confidence, recognize their unique abilities, and become totally comfortable with themselves. To show the progress each student has made, FAME hosts live performances twice a year for students and their families to attend.

Act/Troupe
Each Troupe meets for 4-6 hours per week (after school) for 17-19 weeks, culminating in a public performance of a theatrical musical. Kids of all ages and experience levels are welcome! There are no “cuts”.

Summer Camp Program
FAME Summer Camp will boost your child's confidence, encourage creativity and help them make new friends along the way. We welcome children of all experience levels. This is all about F-U-N!

After School Program
FAME After School Program means no driving needed! FAME will transport your child from school to our studio. Now serving Pinckney, Laurel Hill Primary, Belle Hall, and James B. Edwards Elementary.
