About Legion Martial Arts

Legion Martial Arts has been open since June of 2010 and is owned and operated by Relson Gracie black belt, Shane Briggs. Our goal is for our students to have a comprehensive understanding of martial arts. Our classes teach the fundamentals of martial arts and self-defense, including Greco-Roman wrestling, clinch fighting, American wrestling, Muay Thai, boxing, kickboxing, and MMA. We strive to create a positive atmosphere where everyone is welcome and respected. Our classes are tailored to the needs of each individual. We offer group and private instruction to meet the needs of all of our students.
