About Camp St Thekla

Parents, Camp St. Thekla is a great way to introduce your child to Orthodox Christian teachings and values. It is certified by the American Camp Association and operated by the Antiochian Orthodox Christian Diocese of Miami and the Southeast. Children will have an opportunity to learn and grow in their relationship with God and other campers in a natural and uncluttered environment. At Camp St. Thekla, children will be able to experience the beauty and joy of the Orthodox Christian faith. Our experienced staff is dedicated to providing a safe and welcoming environment where your child can explore and learn about Orthodox teachings and values. We strive to create an atmosphere of fellowship and respect for all campers, no matter their background.

Summer Camp

Since summer 2011, Camp St. Thekla has met at beautiful Asbury Hills in Cleveland, South Carolina, not far from Greenville. This beautiful site offers hiking, creek playing, vies from the mountain chapel, a swimming pool, climbing opportunities, canoeing, zip-lining, archery, and much more.
