Explore the world of songwriting and learn how to express your ideas through music. In this dual-language class (English and Spanish), you will experiment with different musical styles and collaborate with visiting artists to find your unique voice as a lyricist and composer. Two teaching artists will guide you through the process of recording your song to share with family, friends, and future fans online.

Clay Studio
Explore more complex shapes in clay in this hand-building and wheel-throwing class. Using basic techniques to throw cylinders, cups, and bowls, we’ll think about the role ceramics have played in various cultures and communities throughout time. We’ll also dream up ways we’ll use them in our everyday lives.
