Freestyle Dance

Taught by Joseph Henderson - Welcome to Freestyle training and Confidence Building. Here we will explore movement, confidence building, self, teamwork, support, and much more. Come as you are and do not worry about your skill level the main goal of this class is to get everyone to make a commitment and promise to themselves to get better while having fun in a safe and fun environment with like-minded people. It will be intense and class will start promptly from 5 PM to 6 PM on Tuesdays, The materials needed will be a Mask, Water, Sneakers, comfortable clothes to be active in, and an open mind. Recharge Club

Taught by Dorothy Jungels, Justine Jungels & Vincent Baskerville - This class is a mix of improv theater games and a safe space for kids to do a mental health check-in, talk about their lives during Covid times, and also laugh and have fun. This class focuses on various improv games and exercises that encourage communication, openness, and creativity in a fast-paced environment. (Ages 8 and up)

Beginner Hip-Hop

Taught by Laisha Crum and Jemmarie Dupuis - Learn basic hip-hop techniques through rhythm, musicality, and choreography. Students will learn to memorize choreography by working on a series of combinations each session. (Ages 6 and up)
