Sports Kids Gymnastics (SKG) is the perfect place for kids to learn and grow in the sport of gymnastics. Led by Coaches Tracy Navas and Amy Lindberg, SKG offers a variety of recreational classes and competitive options for kids of all ages and skill levels. The facility is fully equipped with all the necessary equipment for kids to learn and practice gymnastics in a safe and fun environment. The gymnasium includes a spring floor, tumble track, bars, beams, vault, and a foam pit. The newly remodeled amenities and facilities ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience for everyone. At SKG, kids will benefit from the knowledge and experience of the highly experienced and knowledgeable staff. They create a safe and fun learning environment, and the family-oriented atmosphere helps to promote teamwork, positive relationships, and a sense of pride among all students. Recreational Gymnastics

Sport Kids Gymnastics is proud to offer a variety of daytime and evening classes for all ages and ability levels. Our programs incorporate fun learning activities that promote self-confidence and develop individual creativity through art and athleticism. Gymnastics classes are offered for ages 1 and up, and include instruction in all 4 events (bars, vault, beam, and floor). There is also a tumble track and foam pit that younger classes use for fun and older classes use to develop more advanced skills. If you are interested in tumbling only, there are opportunities available based on ability level and age. For a full list of classes and times, please see our recreational class schedule.

SKG Gym Team

Gymnasts spend 6-13 hours in the gym each week, depending on their age and level, to perfect their skills on the floor, bars, beam, and vault. These girls are focused and determined. We have found that the qualities they are getting in the gym help them to become very intelligent, hardworking, and mentally strong young adults, far after their gymnastics days are over. They are a very close team and are extremely supportive of each other through both struggles and achievements. These talented young girls are role models for our many recreational gymnasts.

Boys Only Gymnastics

Here at SKG, our boys’ classes offer much more than just the opportunity to learn basic gymnastics skills. Our active, high-energy classes will direct and channel your son's energy in an environment that is both fun and safe. Sport Kids Gymnastics staff members are trained to introduce basic skills and concepts while improving both strength and flexibility. The boys will learn not only gymnastics basics but will acquire a foundation that will strongly complement any sport they desire to pursue in the future. Ages 1 - 4 boys will be in the regularly scheduled classes for that age - they are co-ed! however, for boys ranging from age 5 and older, we offer the following "boys only" classes:
