Through Head Start, Parents as Teachers and Healthy Families of America, children are taught the importance of developing healthy lifestyles as they grow and develop. At East Bay Community Action Program, we strive to make life better for everyone in our community. Our Children and Youth Services provide support to children and parents from before birth through age 25.
