About EPBGC Dance Company
At the East Providence Boys & Girls Club (EPBGC), we strive to create a place where young people can come together to learn, grow, and experience the joy of dancing. Our Dance Company provides an opportunity for children to express themselves through the art of movement. We believe that dance has the power to inspire, enable, educate, and reach out to all young people in East Providence—especially those who need us the most—helping them to realize their full potential as productive, responsible, and caring citizens.
As part of our commitment to the youth of East Providence, the EPBGC Dance Company offers a variety of classes, including ballet, hip-hop, jazz, and contemporary, among others. Our talented instructors provide a safe and welcoming environment where each student can explore the beauty and power of dance while developing their skills and confidence.
For more than a century, Boys & Girls Clubs have been dedicated to helping young people reach their full potential. At the EPBGC, we are proud to continue this tradition of fostering growth and opportunity for the youth of East Providence through our Dance Company. Together, we can help create a brighter future for our community’s young people.

CHILDCARE
For the first time in two years, we are thrilled to be welcoming our members back for what we expect to be a “normal” school year! While we will be taking many lessons forward from our last two years, we will be returning to our roots and offering participants daily academic support along with a host of exciting activities and small-group programs that will allow our members to explore the arts, sports & recreation, health and wellness, leadership development… and more.
Camp Crosby
Kiddie Care (Kindergarten & 1st grade) children and Hennessey Scholar Camp will have a hybrid schedule spending some days at Camp Crosby and the remaining time at our Club on Williams Avenue. Kiddie Care will be spending 3 days at the Club and Hennessey Scholar Camp will spend 2 days at the Club. Days at the Clubhouse will still be full of summer fun, with outdoor play and swimming daily, but will also include enrichment programs in STEM, the arts, and more to make sure our campers are ready to jump back into the classroom next fall.
TEEN PROGRAMS
Our Teen Center offers a safe place for teens, where they can be themselves without feeling the pressure of being judged. From sports to the arts, volunteerism to academic pursuits, we offer teens resources and programs to create meaningful experiences today as they prepare a plan for the future. Teen membership is $20 per year. For more information on our teen programs, please email keystone@epbgc.org.
