Private Lessons

During our private gymnastics lessons, the coach can focus 100% of her attention on one gymnast, allowing that student to receive personalized instruction and immediate correction. In doing so, both beginning and advanced students will find they progress faster and more easily. This time may be used for specific skills as well as learning/perfecting a competitive routine.

Pre-Team

Pre-team gymnastics is an invitation-only opportunity for girls to explore gymnastics as a competitive sport. Girls will come for a 2-hour class twice a week for a total of 4 hours each week. They will learn proper techniques for both the dance and acrobatic elements in the level 1-3 routines in the four Olympic competitive events. They will be allowed to progress at different rates on each of the events and compete at mixed levels. Pre Team members will compete in a few unsanctioned meets throughout the competitive season.

Future Team

Our Future Team is an invitation-only class intended to prepare young gymnasts for a future on one of our competitive teams, specifically the Junior Olympic program. Girls will come for one 2-hour class once a week. We will work on body shaping, and specific skill drills, and learn proper techniques for both the dance and acrobatic elements in the four Olympic competitive events. Our Future Team gymnasts will not compete in competitions as part of this class.
