Our story focuses on these young anglers, the Guppy Grabbers, who gather at the break of dawn, armed with their trusty rod 'n reels, a bucketful of wiggly worms, and hearts brimming with adventure. They're led by their delightful and quirky captain, Ole Squiggly Whiskers, a nutty character with a spectacular mustache that curls at the ends and a fishing hat that has seen more hooks than a pirate convention! Ole Squiggly Whiskers, with his tall tales of the "gargantuan gill-gobbler" and the "whale-sized walleye", could make even a cactus giggle! His guidance and wild imagination have honed the Guppy Grabbers into the finest fishers in all of Oklahoma. With a guffaw here and a golly there, they cast their lines, dreaming of the mammoth monsters of the deep. We’re also a member of the Christian Camping and Conference Association. Frontier Camp offers a dual ministry: during the summer, we host a 10-week youth camp, and throughout the rest of the year, we serve as a retreat facility for churches and like-minded religious organizations.
