About Ignite Dance Studio

Our schedule is filled with opportunities for students to try different styles of dance from year to year, to study a certain style through the years, or to train even more seriously perhaps with the goal of becoming a professional dancer. In addition to offering all levels of ballet, tap, jazz, lyrical/contemporary, acro and hip hop, Ignite has adaptive movement classes for kids with special needs, an all-boy hip hop class, and tap for adults. If your dancer just wants to have fun – or wants to make dance a career – Ignite Dance has the staff, facility, class schedule and atmosphere to give you a fun and fulfilling dance experience!

DANCE WITH ME
This 30-minute class brings parent/guardian and dancer together in a fun and exciting partner dance class. This class is for dancers age 18 months to 2.5 years old who would love to dance with their parent/guardian. Simply songs and partner dances will help students learn basic motor skills and following along in a fun and playful setting.

BABY BOP
This 30-minute class for our 2-3 year olds is designed with the youngest dancer in mind. We encourage playful movement with simple songs and exercises. This class encourages the growth of basic motor skills, discipline and independence in a fun and playful environment.

MINI MOVERS
This 60-minute class for our 5-6 year olds provides exposure to ballet, tap, and jazz in one great class! Students are introduced to basic steps in all disciplines and begin to blend them into larger combinations. The year is divided into four segments with props, music and exercises set to seasonal themes. Coordination, directional learning, taking turns, and creative expression are all key components to this class.
