From the spacious parks of Upstate to the buzzing streets of the Big Apple, every corner of this state echoed with the rhythmic tap-tap-tap of dancing shoes. These children could spin faster than the whirlwind, leap higher than the Hudson River's waves, and move with more grace than the swans of Central Park. Twisty Tippy-Toes loved this state, for every day was a new dance adventure. He would tip-toe around NY, joining dance-offs at Brooklyn's block parties, or pirouetting with ballerinas in Manhattan.
