About CMB Karate

Our program is a hybrid art developed from several styles. Our foundation, our tradition, and our base comes from International Tae Kwon Do Forms that we use for each rank requirement, as well as tae-kwon do one-steps. Our kempo self defense techniques bridge the gap into real world applications and use more hand techniques in close quarter combat. We apply Jeet Kune Do techniques and stances as well. Then, in the case we wind up on the ground we use a combination of Wrestling, Judo, Brazilian Ju-Jitsu, and Grappling techniques.

Mixed Martial Arts (MMA)
Our MMA Program brings Mixed Martial Arts to the masses. Whether a complete beginner, or an advanced practitioner, we have a program that fits you. MMA does not have to be the brutal and often bloody battle in the octagon we see on TV. Our Children's MMA program brings techniques from Wrestling, Judo, Brazilian Ju-Jitsu, and Grappling together in a SAFE and FUN environment. Students can progress through the ranks and earn an MMA Black Belt.
