About Yi's Karate of Vineland

Welcome to Yi’s Karate of Vineland! We are a Black Belt Academy offering classes for Kids, Teens, and Adults beginning at 4 years old. We teach the traditional Korean martial art Tang Soo Do and through this training we instill and develop confidence, focus, self-discipline, self-defense, respect, setting and achieving goals, indomitable spirit, and overall high moral character. We have classes for all levels of fitness and most of our students have never taken karate classes before starting with us.

Basic Program
Our basic program is an opportunity for students new to the art to work on basic Tang Soo Do techniques, work on their physical conditioning, basic life skills and goal setting, as well as basic self-defense techniques. The starting age for this program is 4 years old and up.

Black Belt Club Program
Our benchmark program, where we train and develop the next future black belts. We teach our students advanced Tang Soo Do Techniques, Advanced Life skills, personal safety and goal setting, character building and the development of Complete Self-Defense. We meet each student at their level.

Teen and Adult Class
For our students 13 and above, we offer classes for individuals who are interested in training in Tang Soo Do at a later stage in life. Students have the opportunity to work on Advanced Tang Soo Do Techniques, Advanced Life skills building and Complete Self-Defense techniques that are age appropriate for our teenagers and adults.
