About THE GYM FOR KIDS

At THE GYM FOR KIDS LLC, we understand the importance of physical activity and exercise for children. That's why we provide a unique gymnastics facility for kids from 7 months to 15 years old. Our program is designed to be fun and structured, while also teaching kids about their bodies and what they are capable of at different stages of life. To ensure the safety of our participants, we remain in compliance with all applicable regulations of USA Gymnastics, The Township of Union and The Local Fire Department. With our program, we hope to promote healthy habits and nurture kids' natural desire to move and be active.

CLINICS
Our clinics offer an excellent opportunity to master a specific skill, using different drills and progressions specifically designed for it. One hour of hands-on coaching and spotting, along with positive reinforcement and challenges, encourage all of our participants to learn the skill faster.

ELITE (PRE-TEAM)
By invitation only! This group is specifically designed for kids that want to pursue gymnastics in a more challenging and structured environment. Kids from 4 to 9 years old come to the gym for 3 to 4 hours a week to take their gymnastics to the next level and get ready for formal gymnastics competitions.

PRIVATE LESSONS
For one or two students maximum, and a half hour or one hour long, private lessons are great to get extra one-on-one time with the coach of your preference. We try as much as we can to schedule them around the time of your choice. Contact the office for pricing and availability.

AFTER CARE
For ages 5 to 12 years old, from 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm. What we provide: Homework Assistance, Enrichment Activities, Gymnastics, Arts & Crafts, Reading, Writing, Listening and Math, Library Time, Snack, Small Groups, and Bilingual Staff (Spanish)
